A website built around your business, from $900.
I build each one from your real prices, hours and customer questions. Your written quote states the full price and the timeline before you pay anything.
Three sizes. One price each.
Every price is fixed. I never bill by the hour. Every website includes a performance review 30 days after launch.
| Item | What is included | Time | Price |

Your quote states the timeline. It starts when your deposit clears and your materials arrive. Before launch I test the contact form and the page speed, and I submit the site to Google Search Console. Payment: 50% deposit to start, 50% before the site goes live. Read the service terms.
How a website project runs.
- StartA conversation
We talk about your business, your customers and what a visitor should do first. After we talk, I email your free, fixed quote, with the timeline, within 24 hours.
- Deposit50% to begin
The timeline starts when the deposit clears and your materials arrive.
- ResearchThe fact sheet
I write it. You check every fact before I design anything.
- BuildDesign and build
You get two rounds of revisions, as written in your quote.
- LaunchLive on your domain
You pay the second 50% before the site goes live.
- Day 30The review
We look at how the site is performing, and I suggest what to change next.
- You own it
Your domain and hosting are in your name, on your card. The files are yours when you make the final payment.
- Fixed price
Never hourly. Ask all the questions you need. They do not change the price.
- Two revision rounds
Written into your quote before work starts.
- No surprises
If you want something outside the quote, I price it at the flat rates above before I do it.
Measure twice. Build once.
Page builders start from a layout and add your logo. I start from a written fact sheet about your business. If a fact is not on the sheet, it does not go on the page.
- 1What you charge, in dollars
- 2Your hours, and when someone actually picks up
- 3The towns or neighborhoods you serve
- 4The proof you already have: licenses, years in business, the names behind it
- 5The three questions people ask before they call or book
- 6The moment a customer decides, and where they are when it happens
What that turns into
- Facts where adjectives used to be.
Not “fast response” but the hours you answer. Not “affordable” but the number.
- Your prices, on the page.
Price is often the first question. Your page answers it before anyone has to ask.
- One action, in the first screen of a phone.
Call, book or order, named plainly and in reach of a thumb.
- Accessible, and built for phones first.
Built to the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard, so people who use a keyboard or a screen reader can use it too.
Let’s plan your website.
Tell me what you sell and what a visitor should do first. I’ll reply by email with my questions and a free, fixed quote.
