Privacy policy
Strykia is a one-person studio. Alan Herrera runs it in Salem, Massachusetts. This page tells you what information this website collects and what happens to it. AI agents that Strykia builds for clients have their own privacy terms, which Strykia agrees with each client.
What this site collects
This site collects personal information only through the contact form. That is your name, your business name, your email address, what you need, your current website and your message.
This site does not use advertising trackers. It does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The estimator on the AI agents page runs only in your browser. It does not send anything that you enter.
How it is used
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To keep a record of the conversation if you become a client.
Strykia never sells or rents your information, and never shares it for marketing.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this site. Netlify receives and stores what you send through the contact form, and sends it to Alan by email. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service. The fonts on this site come from Google Fonts. Google Fonts receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long it is kept
If an inquiry does not become a project, Strykia deletes it within 12 months. Strykia keeps client records for as long as the project needs them, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information that you sent. Email 98alanh@gmail.com, or send your request through the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
