Each agent starts from a design that already exists. I set it up with your prices, your hours and the questions your customers ask. Then I test it with real customer questions before it answers anyone. Setup time depends on the tools it connects to, such as your calendar or inbox. Your quote states the setup time.

Website FAQ & lead chat
Answers your customers’ questions at any hour, using only information you approve. When it is not sure, it says so instead of guessing. It takes each visitor’s name, phone number and email and emails them to you, so a late-night question reaches you as a lead.

Books appointments without the back-and-forth. By chat or text, it checks your calendar, books the slot and sends the confirmation. When a request does not fit, it hands off to a person.

Each setup fee is the price for that job. The monthly fee is below. If an agent needs a stronger AI model, add $750 to its setup fee.
Priced by the job and the volume.
You pay a setup fee for the job, then a monthly fee that grows with the number of conversations. I choose the AI model. I test the lowest-cost model that could do the job first, and move up only if it fails the tests. A Standard agent handles short, repeated tasks. An Advanced agent uses a stronger model for longer instructions and harder questions.

The monthly fee includes AI usage up to the top of your band. For the spreadsheet and invoice agent, count documents instead of conversations. It also includes hosting, monitoring, updates to what the agent knows, and a re-test every month.
If a month goes over your band, that month costs the next band’s price. I tell you when it happens, and your spending cap still applies.

There is no minimum term once your agent is live. You can cancel at any time by email, and the agent keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Read the cancellation terms.
A multi-agent workflow is an Advanced agent. Here is what a large one can look like, for a growing business that gets many enquiries:
- The FAQ and lead chat agent answers a new enquiry at 10pm and passes the name and number on.
- The lead follow-up agent replies in seconds, asks your qualifying questions and hands the lead to the booking assistant.
- The booking assistant books the visit on your calendar and sends the confirmation.
- The personal scheduler keeps your calendar, meetings and posting schedule in step with the new booking.
- After the job, the review request agent asks the customer for a review, and the spreadsheet and invoice agent reads the invoice and flags anything that does not match.
- The workflow passes each job from one agent to the next, and hands anything unsure to a person.
A workflow like this is quoted after a call, with setup from $2,500, because it depends on how many agents it needs and which tools they connect to. The monthly fee follows the Advanced prices above.
Agent prices can change. AI providers change their prices often, and new models come out every few weeks. The agent prices here are the standard prices in October 2026. I give 30 days’ notice before a plan price changes. The price in your written quote is the one that applies.

An agent talks to your customers in your name. So every agent, made-to-measure or custom, works under these rules.

A re-test every month, updates to what it knows, and conversation logs you can read.
Health, legal or financial information? An agent cannot use it until the right agreements are in place, for example HIPAA for health records. Ask first, and we will work out together what is possible.
Custom agents, priced by what they’ll use.
A custom agent is for a task that none of the six covers, or for a business with more than 4,000 conversations a month. I build it from scratch. Setup starts at $2,500, and I quote it after a call. The monthly price depends on the model and on how many tokens the agent uses each week. A token is a small piece of text that an AI reads or writes.
Input is everything the agent reads: its instructions, your information and the conversation so far. Output is what it writes back.

How the estimate works: each back-and-forth reads about 4,000 tokens and writes about 300. A month is 4.33 weeks. Usage is priced at the provider’s list price, plus a 30% buffer. This is an estimate, not a quote. I measure real usage during testing, and your quote uses that number.
